1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8updb", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 8updb platform accessible at https://8updb.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 8updb website, mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, account management tools, and support services made available thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, matched deposit bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by 8updb.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by 8updb to verify the identity, age, and address of Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8updb. They govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account management activities.

2.2 By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8updb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8updb.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 8updb enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. If at any point it is determined that a User is under 21, their Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. 8updb operates as an offshore platform. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from the Platform or have requested account closure;
• Current employees, contractors, or agents of 8updb, or immediate family members of any such person;
• Individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information reasonably required by 8updb. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification. 8updb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 8updb strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account settings. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

4.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8updb support immediately at [email protected]. 8updb will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

4.5 Account Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the 8updb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 8updb does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited via a method that involves currency conversion will be credited in BDT at the prevailing rate determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8updb currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 8updb reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Account instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to reflect in the Account Balance.

5.4 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, 8updb will return the funds to the source account and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. 8updb does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside 8updb's control.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Users whose Accounts have passed KYC verification. 8updb reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, 8updb will contact the User to arrange an alternative verified method.

6.5 Bonus Wagering. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Funds.

6.6 Withdrawal Verification. 8updb may, at its sole discretion, delay or withhold any withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. In such cases, 8updb will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the User within 48 hours.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 8updb are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain slot and casino game bets may contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is limited to one per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or payment method. 8updb reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it determines that multiple accounts have been used to exploit a promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been used or for which Wagering Requirements have not been met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without notice or compensation.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce the statistical risk of wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse. 8updb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets. All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. 8updb does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred and 8updb determines at its sole discretion that cancellation is warranted.

8.2 Odds and Prices. The odds and prices displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement form the basis of the wager. 8updb reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds, including odds that were displayed incorrectly due to technical faults. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at 8updb's discretion.

8.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game, system, or network malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 8updb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective Account Balances. This applies to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets.

8.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — including the ICC, FIFA, BPL governing body, or the relevant national federation. Where a result is disputed or subject to review, 8updb may delay settlement until a final official result is confirmed.

8.5 Game Provider Rules. Casino games provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe are subject to those providers' individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the game provider's rules shall apply to the outcome of that specific game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8updb Platform and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner for the purpose of obtaining a betting or gaming advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes;
• Colluding with other users, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8updb staff or other users;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 8updb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty to support those individuals seriously.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes that reduce a limit take effect immediately. Changes that increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been active in a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

10.3 21+ Requirement. Access to the 8updb Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. If you believe an underage individual has accessed the Platform using your Account, contact [email protected] immediately.

10.4 If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools described above and to seek professional support. The 8updb support team is available 24/7 and can help you activate any of the tools listed in clause 10.2.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 8updb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://8updb.io/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support.

11.3 8updb will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, game providers, and fraud detection services where necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 8updb Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and the 8updb brand name — is owned by or licensed to 8updb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of 8updb intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8updb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

13.2 8updb does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond 8updb's reasonable control.

13.3 8updb's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 8updb's proven gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Termination and Account Closure

14.1 Closure by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 8updb support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within seven business days.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by 8updb. 8updb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct is identified or reasonably suspected;
• A User is identified as being under the age of 21;
• KYC verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period of request;
• 8updb is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction;
• The User has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to circumvent the exclusion.

14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 8updb reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, including real-money funds, where such funds are reasonably believed to be proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 8updb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

15.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendment.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8updb is incorporated as an offshore platform operator. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon written request to [email protected].

16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your Account or these Terms, you should first contact 8updb support at [email protected]. 8updb will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

16.3 Escalation. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 14 business days, either party may pursue resolution through formal legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction. 8updb does not currently participate in any specific consumer arbitration scheme, but will respond to formal legal process through its registered legal representatives.

16.4 Language. These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
